Ok……this is a GREAT one!!!
If you like a coffee frap from Starbucks you will love making this one from home!!
If you are not a coffee lover then of course you can leave out the coffee!
This is what I used to create it:
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 c shredded sweet potato
(I had this in the fridge ready to go because I used some during dinner one night this week)
1 tsp. chia seeds or flax seeds
1 packet Starbucks VIA instant coffee pack
(no pictured as I decided to throw it in at the end-because why not???)
1 half banana
3 tsp. oats
1 c unsweetened almond milk
1 c frozen mango
1 c water
5 ice cubes
Sprinkle in half to 3/4 tsp. ginger and same with cinnamon
Blend very well and enjoy!!

1 and a half cups of Bob’s Red Mill Raisin bran stone ground muffin mix
1 half cup of vanilla protein powder
3/4 cups water
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tbsp. dried currants
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 handful berries-then chop them ( I used blackberries)
Mix all together then fill muffin pans and bake at 400 degrees for 13 to 15 min (make sure you put them in paper cups or spray the pan so you can remove them nicely) If you have most of these ingredients you will be good but the coconut and currants are definitely optional!! A mix of berries would be great too! These are a lower carb option at about 20 g of carbs each! Enjoy!
What you will need:
1 lb salmon
Black bean spaghetti-3 to 4 servings
1/2 c chopped yellow pepper
1/4 c chopped sweet or white onion
1/4 c chopped walnuts
Hot sauce and/or combo with Sriracha sauce-3 tsp or more if you like it really spicy
Garlic-2 tsp minced
Lime juice-2 tsp
Wasabi mustard-2 tbsp
Lite sodium soy sauce-1/4 c
Seasoning: Crushed red pepper, black pepper, ginger
Bake salmon in oven approx 10 to 12 min on 400 degrees
Boil water and cook spaghetti for 6 min
In skillet over medium heat drizzle olive oil and add in yellow peppers, garlic, onions and walnuts let cook out for 5 min then add honey, wasabi, lime juice, soy sauce and hot sauce. Mix together well and add spaghetti again mixing around well or another 5 min or so. Add the salmon on top of the plated spaghetti mixture and serve-pouring any remaining juice/sauce over top.
